I think they got threatened by someone high-up in Ukraine.

Looks like two Iskanders hit close to each other.

We have the crater, and a plume of smoke further back in the industrial area.

One of the Iskanders launched today impacted at or near the Darnytsʹkyy military registration and enlistment office in Kyiv (pink circle).

This is confirmed with a rough geolocation, and one of my contacts who cited a local in Kyiv.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces are continuing the expand their bridgehead on the western bank of the Zherebets River, and have captured further positions.

Russian forces advanced northwest from the northwestern houses of the village of Novolyubivka, and captured positions in a forest. They then pushed further, occupying that forest and advancing to the next forest, which was also brought under their control.

Additionally, a foothold was established in the southeastern end of another, much larger forest further north, while Russian forces also marginally advanced down a nearby forest plantation in the low-lying ground. Most of these forest positions are on the tactical heights.

In Chasiv Yar, Russian forces have made new progress in the western part of the city.

Russian forces advanced to the rest of the houses in the Sakhidne Selyshchne micro district, capturing positions in their ruins. They then advanced south to a small industrial area, capturing it and a couple of nearby buildings. Additionally, Russian forces captured a nearby railway depot, which exerts even more pressure on the Ukrainian forces holding out in the nearby 4-story buildings in the city centre.

In Toretsk, Russian forces are continuing to recapture previously lost areas and have knocked Ukrainian forces out of several key positions.

In the south, they captured positions on the edge of the city centre, seizing several houses on the southeastern end of the private sector. Further north, Russian forces attacked from the stadium area and seized the first high-rise building which overlooks the stadium. They then pushed south, clearing and capturing the other high-rise building.

Additionally, Russian forces captured a two-story and three-story building, southwest of the house of culture.

In Toretsk, Russian forces continued to advance in the southern Zabalka district of the city, and have captured further positions in the central and western parts of the district.

Russian forces advanced in two main areas, In the west, they pushed further from their newly established positions in the southwestern-most part of the private sector, and captured new positions in the nearby houses close to the westernmost edge of the district.

In the centre, Russian forces captured a series of three-story buildings, as well as the rest of the private sector, before advancing west into the main residential area, capturing positions along Tobolenka, Skachkova and Peremohy Streets, and are either approaching or already at Partyzanksa Street (which bisects the above streets).
