It turns out that explosions were heard in the village of Lypova Dolyna, Sumy Oblast, a couple of minutes after the Iskander launches.
However, I'm wondering if the two missiles which were recorded flying to Lypova Dolyna weren't ballistics, but maybe Kh-31Ps. They changed course twice during the flight and seemed to have come from the direction of Belgorod Oblast.
There were Russian Su-34s airborne at the time, but monitoring channels reported that they were launching KAB glide-bombs on Sumy Oblast. It's possible that one of the Su-34s was equipped with Kh-31P missiles.

In the Belgorod direction, Russian forces advanced and re-entered the village of Popivka.
Russian forces advanced uphill from their positions in the forests in the low-lying ground and established a foothold in the eastern houses of Popivka. From there, they pushed further, occupying further positions in the houses, and now control just under half of the village. These new positions are on the tactical heights and significantly complicate the Ukrainian defence of the remainder of the village and nearby forested areas.
+ ~0.70km² in favour of Russia.

Correction of the frontline in favour of Russia.
At some point at least two weeks ago, Russian forces advanced in the Kupyansk direction and recaptured most of the rest of the village of Kolisnykivka.
Russian forces advanced from their positions in the central part of the village and captured previously lost positions in the houses further north. Ukrainian forces were pushed back to positions on the northern edge of the settlement, bringing Russia very close to capturing it.
Additionally, Russian forces advanced east down two parallel treelines from Kolisnykivka, capturing them.
+ ~1.74km² in favour of Russia.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces are continuing to expand their bridgehead on the western bank of the Zherebets river and have made further progress in western Luhansk Oblast.
Russian forces advanced west from their positions in the treeline that runs from Novolyubivka, and entered the forest further west. They were able to capture this forest, and moved onto the treeline to the southwest, capturing positions there too.
Additionally, Russian forces marginally advanced down two treelines, one from the forest, and the other from the initial treeline.

🇺🇸🇮🇱⚡- Confirmed: The US has deployed a second THAAD battery to Israel, meaning a third of the US THAAD system is located in Israel now.
In usual fashion, Israelis record the transport of the battery, showing why the country's an OPSEC leader.
