Clouds are fully covering the Gaza Strip in today's sentinel satellite imagery (we have to wait 5 days for the next one 😢).

However, I do have the previous map updates that I haven't posted, so I'll add them below.

Update from Gaza: Rafah direction - Morag Axis.

After encircling the Tel al-Sultan district of Rafah City, the IDF resumed clearing operations in the city centre and have reached the Morag axis. They cleared and demolished buildings on a number of streets.

The Morag corridor is a new corridor in the making, aimed at fully isolating Rafah from the rest of the Gaza Strip. It will run from the village of Al-Buyuki to the southern end of Al-Mawasi, encompassing all of Rafah City. The IDF had not previously operated in the Morag axis.

Update from Gaza: Rafah direction - Al-Buyuki Axis.

The IDF crossed the border with Gaza and began clearing out the first parts of the future "Morag corridor". They occupied houses in Al-Buyaki and reached the Salah Al-Deen highway.

Update from Gaza: Gaza City direction - Al-Shujjaiya axis:

The IDF continued their advance into the eastern edge of Gaza City and have occupied further positions within the Al-Shujjaiya district. Tanks, armoured vehicles and military bulldozers moved into the district, where fortified positions were seized. Residential buildings were also blown up and bulldozed.

Interestingly, some of the explosions were heard after the drone attack was supposedly over. Its possible that these are secondary detonations, but there is very little information on it right now.

At least four explosions have occurred in Kyiv City since the end of the drone attack. There is no official information on the causes of them.

Update: The IDF has withdrawn its forces from the Balata Refugee Camp for the time being. Multiple arrests were carried out, including a reported senior member of the former "Lion's Den" armed group which previously operated in Nablus before being largely dismantled by the IDF in 2023. Several residential buildings were also ransacked after being used by Israeli soldiers as defensive positions.
