Ukraine launched a large-scale drone attack on Kursk City. Drones impacted various targets. Fires have broken out in residential areas. A video has also surfaced showing what appears to be an impact against the front of an apartment building, although it's difficult to say for certain.

One of the drones directly impacted an 8-story apartment building, as confirmed by two POVs which I geolocated, one of the explosion and the second of the fire afterwards.

1 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bomber departed from Olenya Air Base in Murmansk Oblast and is flying south towards Engels-2 Air Base in Saratov Oblast. It will be equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles before making the return trip back to Olenya.
Currently it is known of three Tu-95s equipped with Kh-101s being stationed at Olenya Air Base. Once this one flies back in the coming days, it will increase to four.

British defence publication Janes, citing multiple Indonesian government sources, reported that the Indonesian government has received an official request from Russia to allow Russian military aircraft to be stationed at the Frans Kaisiepo Airport in the West Papua state of Indonesia.
Australian Prime Minister Antony Albanese responded by saying that Australia is seeking further clarification but maintained that Australia has a good relationship with Indonesia.
Australian opposition Leader Peter Dutton called Putin a "murderous dictator" and said that "we've seen women and children who have died in Ukraine as a result of the decisions of Vladimir Putin."
Frans Kaisiepo Airport is less than 1,400 km from the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Darwin Air Base.
