Over the past 4 days, Russian forces have been making important progress in the Kostyantynivka direction, capturing a new village and many more positions.
Russian forces advanced in two main areas here. In the east, they pushed up the treelines and began to outflank the village of Valentynivka, while other assault detachments pushed into the southern and western parts of the village, quickly pushing Ukrainian forces to the neighbouring village of Sukha Balka. Russian forces then advanced further northwest of the village, seizing new treeline positions.
In the west, Russian forces captured the Ukrainian positions west of the small reservoir and pushed north and east through the treelines between the reservoir and the highway, occupying new positions there and further shrinking the salient that formed following the capture of the village of Kalynove.
+ ~15.97km² in favour of Russia.

On the western flank of Pokrovsk, Ukrainian forces recently counterattacked and re-entered the village of Uspenivka.
After being pushed out of the village and forced to retreat to the treeline and village of Novooleksandrivka further west, Ukrainian forces regrouped and mounted a counterattack, where they were able to recapture the western street of Uspenivka. The two streets which connect the central and western streets are now in the grey zone.
+ ~1.59km² in favour of Ukraine.

A MiG-31K departed from Savasleyka Air Base in Nizhny Novogorod Oblast. All of Ukraine is under an air raid alert due to the threat of a Kinzhal hypersonic missile being launched.

There are no signs that a launch maneuver will take place. Its probably just conducting training and flew relatively close to the launch lines.

One of the Geran-2 drones that attacked Dnipro last night impacted a railway station for freight trains, as can be seen by a geolocated video. A second drone impacted an open area next to a residential building.

The U.S. voted against the UN resolution on UN cooperation with the Council of Europe, along with Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and others.
This resolution contains the condemnation of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
U.S. representatives cited the wording of the document as the reason behind the decision, stating that it was "unhelpful in advancing the cause of peace."

These were probably Kh-59s launched by Su-34s. Two missiles are known to have targeted Dnipro.
