Russian Geran-2 drones targeted the city of Brovary, Kyiv Oblast last night. At least 5 drones were recorded in the area, with at least one impacting its target. A fire was reported at the impact site.

A Ukrainian MiG-29 aircraft launched two AASM HAMMER air-to-surface missile strikes on a reported Russian company command post in the Oleshky area of Kherson Oblast.

Axios, citing sources with "direct knowledge of the proposal", reports that the U.S. peace plan regarding the war in Ukraine is as follows:

Russia will get De Jure U.S. recognition of Russian control over Crimea and de facto recognition of Russian control over the captured territories in Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson Oblasts.

Ukraine will not join NATO; however, they could become a part of the European Union.

All post-2014 sanctions on Russia will be lifted.

The U.S. will enhance economic cooperation with Russia, particularly in the energy and industrial sectors.

Ukraine will obtain a "robust security guarantee" with European countries and "like-minded" non-European countries. U.S. participation is not mentioned.

Russia will return the small parts of Kharkiv Oblast that they hold in the Vovchansk, Lyptsi, Kupyansk and Borova directions.

Ukraine will gain unimpeded passage through the Dnipro River.

Ukraine will receive compensation and assistance for rebuilding. It is unknown what the source of this funding would be.

The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will be considered as Ukrainian territory, but operated by the U.S. It will supply electricity to both Ukraine and Russia.

The document also references the U.S.-Ukraine minerals deal.

Additionally, JD Vance stated that the U.S. will withdraw from their mediation role if they do not receive a positive response. "We have presented a clear and fair proposal to both the Russians and Ukrainians," he added.

The six Tu-95MS strategic bombers which redeployed to Belaya air base have returned to Olenya Air Base in Murmansk Oblast.

I’m wondering if they were all equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles there, but they flew to Belaya to make it look less obvious.

Another U.S. military convoy is withdrawing from Syria, this one from the Lashdadi base, south of the city of Hasakah, in the northeastern part of the country. The approximately 300 vehicles are moving towards northern Iraq.

New information states that they weren’t being equipped with Kh-101 missiles at Belaya, but instead conducted large-scale training along with Tu-160s. They were also practicing mid-air refueling.

They still returned to Olenya Air Base, and a new IL-76 military transport aircraft landed at Engels-2 Air Base earlier, with the cargo likely consisting of Kh-101 missiles. This is the fifth IL-76 to land at Engels-2 since the last large missile attack on Ukraine.

There are still 4 more Tu-95s flying in from Olenya Air Base. The initial launch maneuver was carried out by 3 Tu-160s.
