1 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bomber flew from Olenya Air Base in Murmansk Oblast, to Engels-2 Air Base in Saratov Oblast. It was equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles, before flying back to Olenya Air Base.

Another Tu-95MS has since flown from Olenya to Engels, also to be equipped with Kh-101 missiles.

Russia has begun preparing for its next large-scale missile attack on Ukraine.

Currently, there are:
8 Tu-95s stationed at Olenya Air Base (At least one is equipped with missiles).
4 Tu-95s and 4 Tu-160s stationed at Engels-2 Air Base
2 Tu-95s stationed at Diaghilev Air Base in Ryazan Oblast.

We don't often hear much about the frontline south of Chasiv Yar, due to the rather static nature of the fighting there, but here is a report from a Russian soldier to give you an idea of what goes on pretty much every day.

"Today, in the early morning, in the Stupochki area, two enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups of three people each, using anti-drone cloaks, in our uniform and with "our" identification marks, tried to slip through in the direction of the [Siversky-Donets] canal. The groups were detected; after processing the information, they were identified as enemy, since the identification marks did not match, and our infantry should not have been in this square. One group was almost completely destroyed by a precise hit from a 120-mm mortar: two - 200 [killed], one - 300 [wounded]. Subsequently, the 300th [wounded soldier] was finished off by a drop [drone-dropped grenade]. The second group, hearing the attack on the first, immediately retreated to the nearest dugout, which was targeted by FPV drones of the 6th Motorized Rifle Division. The dugout was set on fire, and two wounded crawled out of there, who were also finished off by drops."

Obviously, this report is a bit unusual considering the Ukrainians used Russian camouflage, but it does - for the most part - accurately represent the daily activities.
