This is a call to all Australian past and present service personnel, who may presently be in the Melbourne area, to attend The Shrine forecourt TOMORROW-Sunday - by 1630hrs for the Last Post service at 1645hrs, then remain for a short after when the intended desecration of the Shrine with politically “correct” lighting is proposed.

Many members will be attending from Noon tomorrow for the purpose of joining a tour within the Shrine.
Feel free to join us in those hours preceding the official Last Post service.

Population control, or “riot” training is a normal part of service (highly dependant on corps, some will never do it)

Military Police (MP) and combat corps generally conduct this.

However curious the timing of the article/video appearing, we can guess why this training video has been released, excluding the standard recruiting reasoning.

In this intentionally fragmented society - they would’ve known this video is an emotional trigger for many.

The desired reaction?
Anger. Division. Distraction.

The military and police members are not the problem.
The people who control them are….way, way up the chain.

For context:
Typically, this type of activity is primarily conducted by MP’s and/or combat corps assisting them - that’s essentially what is happening here, plus (maybe) a few other support staff.

Infantry being both embedded in the training serial as “guard” and as “assailant” is also entirely normal.

The training obviously is for the purpose mentioned, that is it’s function.

But further context was required for those who do not know this is a normal activity.

It’s occurred in various forms across operations over decades.

Question the scale of this, the timing, the psychology and intent of “upper management” and those that they follow - sure.
