Welcome to Australian Veterans for Freedom (AVF).

With the exception of endorsing the freedom parties and denouncing the Liberals, nationals , Labor and Greens, AVF is an apolitical team that does not display favoritism for any one party in particular. Our purpose is to support the Australian people and the veteran community in the challenges we face.

Our methods will evolve where necessary to face these challenges. For now we need to share this group with like-minded veterans in order to grow our numbers, to assist in this, other large telegram groups will soon promote this channel. We will also start a vetting process for the first phase of forming trusted, well coordinated and tight knit teams.

Our desired end-state is as follows:
- The Australian people regain control of their lives and livelihoods.
- Australian standards of freedom are restored.
- Division, subversion and oppression of Australians is ended.
- The veteran community is unified and well looked after.

AVF is likely to evolve, this means our purpose/method/end-state may change in a test and adjust like process in order to maximize the effectiveness of our team.

L1 members will be able to attend social events and conduct preparations for the rally. The L2 vetting process will also begin which will vet members that will take on leadership roles for AVF on the day.

We are targeting Melbourne specifically (http://t.me/MelbourneFreedomRallyUpdates) however if we have the right people and the right numbers in other areas AVF will officially be in attendance in other cities too so please share this with your current and ex-serving ADF mates to grow the team which will enable us to do this!

Vetting will soon be conducted, this will be a long process so please be patient.

Based on the poll we will message you privately, conduct vetting, make a determination and likely add you to a private channel and group.

We recommend you use an anonymous name on telegram before you start this process, we will endeavour to confirm that you've served and protect your anonymity as best we can.

All members of the freedom movement must prepare for cyber polygon, our main concern is the breakdown in communication. This would be a big hit for the freedom movement.

A solid timeframe in which to expect these risks is unknown however there has been a rise in cyber attacks recently.

Some quick ideas:
- Regular and/or emergency meeting locations
- Establish a freedom radio communications network (AVF will be calling on radio technicians and operators)
- Flyers and posters for promotion
- Think about how things were done before the internet

This matter, vetting new members and the world wide rally for freedom on the 22nd of January are top priority for AVF.

A telegram user by the name of "🪖 AVF Vetting" will contact you in due course. Please be patient.

Apologies to foreign ex-military members, we are currently focusing on vetting current and ex ADF members at this time until we increase our vetting capacity.

Australian Veterans for Freedom is using this weekend's rally on the 18th of December 2021 as a vetting opportunity for current and ex serving members. It's not a necessity for you to be vetted however it helps us grow capability having members we can trust for tasks or add to the command team.

If you have medals, lapel pins, etc that you can wear to the rally that will increase the chances of vetters finding you and it also shows the people that they have our support which is a big confidence boost.

Please ensure your well groomed and wearing appropriate clothing such as a collard shirt or a suit. Despite the fact that the brass has let us down we'd like to convey the same level of professionalism as the ADF.

There's nearly 200 of us here on the updates channel, if we all add just one person at the rally we double our numbers to 400.

Then next rally we double to 800, then 1600, then 3200, then 6400 and so on. This is exponential growth, we can be 16 times larger in a month.

One of our main focuses right now is to grow, we must grow before we can do the things we have planned.

Please invite at least one person to join, everyone is welcome, this will expand our reach so we can get more current and ex serving members on board.
