🎉Happy New Year’s, everyone! It’s been a big year for Above Time Coffee Roasters, and we are forever grateful for our friends and supporters.
2025 brought lots of exciting new changes to the company such as adding two new team members and obtaining a new coffee roasting machine. This has enabled us to produce more great coffee and get those orders out to you more efficiently. Our X account has grown thanks to the help of many of you for tagging and sharing, hosting us for interviews, spreading awareness about our project by word of mouth, etc. One of the best memories of 2025 was getting to meet and see some of you in person when we set up our table at IRL events.
We heard your requests for handheld coffee grinders and french presses and began offering those along with several other cool new gadgets. We launched new brews and blends, and collaborated with W2R and Avalon Concepts to get some awesome new shirts printed, all by /ourguys.
We are excited to ring in the new year and welcome 2026. We have big plans including a surprise collaboration, a new herbal coffee blend, and more great products. We are also in conversation about supporting a potential cafe project. Stay tuned. Keep up the good fight. Hail Victory ⚡

Warm up this winter with an Espresso Martini made with delicious homemade Above Time Coffee liqueur.
The best coffee liqueur is made with cold brew, because it captures more of the delicate flavor notes that are sometimes lost in hot brewing methods. Our stainless steel cold brew filters make it easy! Our cold brew instructions can be found here.
Coffee Liqueur Recipe
1 cups cold brew coffee (prepared ahead of time)
1 cups sugar
.5 cup filtered water
1.5 cups Vodka
1 crushed vanilla bean or 1 T vanilla extract
Make a simple syrup by simmering the sugar in water for a few minutes. Stir and dissolve sugar. Let cool.
Once cooled, add the cold brewed coffee, Vodka and vanilla.
Place into a clean sealed jar, and shake it a few times a day for three days.
This coffee liqueur can be used immediately for cocktails, baking, or even served alone- neat or on ice. It can last up to 6 weeks in cold storage.
Espresso Martini Recipe for Two 🍸
4 oz Vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz fresh brewed coffee or espresso
6 coffee beans
Combine all ingredients on ice and shake for 30 seconds. Garnish with coffee beans and serve in chilled martini glasses.
