Sgt Schneibel is sending the video upstairs to "Administration" to review for the appropriateness of the officers conduct. Sgt Schneibel made no apology as they were "on the other side of the granite slab WWII wall. CPD shares jurisdiction with the State Police beyond the grass & wall."
