Dear Absolute Defiance Community,

The way the mainstream media talk about how "safe" and "effective" the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are, you would think that they had undergone randomized, placebo-controlled studies comparing long-term health outcomes between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.

You would think that, at the very least , that phase three clinical trials had been completed and that the vaccines had been approved and licensed by the FDA.

But it just isn't so.

As an example, a recent Reuters "fact check" article objected to the vaccines being described as "experimental". According to the "fact check", the vaccines are not experimental because that they have "been approved" by the FDA after "clearing Phase III clinical trials".

Reuters also objects to the assertion that informed consent is not happening on the grounds that people who get the vaccine "do give informed consent". The argument presented here is that medical practitioners are required by law to obtain informed consent.

Reuters correctly states that the vaccines have been "granted approval for emergency use" by the FDA, but it mistakenly equates this with FDA approval.

In fact, as the FDA itself notes in a fact sheet for recipients and caregivers available on its website, "There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19." Rather, the vaccines have been given "Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)", which is not the same thing.

On the contrary, as the FDA also explicitly acknowledges, the COVID-19 vaccines have "not undergone the same type of review as an FDA-approved or cleared product."

The FDA explicitly describes the vaccines as "unapproved products" that are still "investigational"; a product with "emergency use" authorization is one that is "experimental".

Providers are supposed to provide people with information "consistent with" the FDA fact sheet stating that the vaccines remain unapproved, but is this actually happening?

Or are people being told that the vaccines are "approved" by the FDA after "clearing Phase 3 clinical trials" showing that the vaccines are "safe and effective"?

Just because providers are legally required to obtain informed consent from people does not mean that they are doing so.

To prove that informed consent is not happening, I can simply point to a major provider in my area, McLaren, which lies to the public that "The process used to approve the COVID-19 vaccines is the same proven process that was used to create safe and effective vaccines for the flu, polio, measles, whooping cough and more."

That is taken word-for-word from a document created by the Michigan state government.

The government and health care providers are not obtaining informed consent to vaccination. What they are doing is the opposite of informed consent -- and mainstream media organizations like Reuters are complicit in this crime against humanity by censoring the truth and lying to the public.

TSA to impose fines of up to $1500 for not wearing mask on any form of public transport (including buses and ubers). The real story here though is that to enforce this the TSA will have to establish the means of verifying on roadways. Check points? Random stops? United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby doubled down on his desire to make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for corporate America, saying people eventually will accept the shots just as they’ve accepted wearing masks.

“It will just become what is expected and what most companies do. Once the ball gets rolling, it’s going to roll all the way to the bottom,” he said during a wide-ranging virtual talk at the Economic Club of Chicago on Tuesday.

He said he thinks there is “a big second wave” of companies that would like to make it mandatory once others take that step.
