So NH legislature introduced a bill to make it a criminal offense if you "refuse to comply" with a worker that asks you to wear a mask. HB 493

EYEBROW RAISE... The CDC has updated their guidelines, since I published my prior video. Here are the new guidelines, which actually align with ADA exemption, and which state:


"The following categories of people are exempt from the requirement to wear a mask:

A person with a disability who cannot wear a mask, or cannot safely wear a mask, for reasons related to the disability;"

They actually use the word "exempt", which is stronger and clearer than their prior terminology of "should not wear".
