Following an emergency meeting on Tuesday morning, Somalia’s Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, issued a statement condemning Ethiopia’s decision to sign the MoU as a breach of Somalia’s territorial integrity, and labeled the actions “null and void”.
