1.مدرک کارشناسی ارشد تو همون فیلدهایی که قبلا گفتیم.
2.دانش تئوری از خوردگی فلزات و تجربه عملی با تکنیک های الکتروشیمی آنالیز خوردگی. (مثلا یه واحد آز)
3. دانش تئوری و عملی تکنیک های آنالیز. خیلی معمولی ایکس ار دی و بقیه حالا اگه از نزدیک هم ندیدین

مهم نیست بعدا یاد میگیرید.
4. تسلط خیلی خوب به زبان انگلیسی. ببینید حتی اسمی از مدرک نبرده شده. یعنی اگه واقعا شما زبانتون خوبه تو مصاحبه و نامه نگاری مشخص میشه. بعد نوشتن تسلط به زبان المانی امتیاز داره.
5. مهارت های پابلیکیشن و پرزنتیشن که با داشتن یه مقاله خوب و
شرکت در کنفرانس میشه اینها رو نشون داد.
5. در آخر هم روحیه تیم ورک و مسئولیت پذیری و بقیه حرف ها!
حالا پایین صفحه زده حالا اپلای کن. میزنین روش و میرین صفحه بعد تمام مدارکی که میخواد رو اپلود میکنید و تمام!

We are proposing a new applied project “Development of an adaptive biological function prediction software system for multifaceted peptides” under the funding scheme of Postdoctoral Researchers of High Education Institutions of FDCT. Associated with this project, 1 postdoctoral candidate from Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computer-Aided Drug Design, and related areas is sought.

The postdoctoral researcher will participate in the development of a novel adaptive software system which integrates ML and AI methods for bioactive peptide discovery. The main tasks include data collection, processing, design and implementation of prediction models, and integration into a unified framework. Reimplementation and refinement of some state-of-the-art AI methods are expected.

This project is led by Prof. Shirley Siu (https://cbbio.online), who will start a new research group at ISE in September 2021. Requirements of candidate:
- PhD degree (obtained within the previous 5 years for a Macao resident and 1 year for a non-Macao resident)
- Publications in SCI journals in the areas of ML/Bioinformatics
- Strong programming skills, evidenced by project examples (e.g. Github projects)
- Knowledge of popular deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and writing abilities

Employment conditions:
- Monthly salary MOP 30,000 (about USD 3700)
- Full time, up to 2 years

Heterogeneous Data Integration


Thesis abstract: Recent years witnessed technological evolution in various fields such as Information and Communication Technology (ICT), sensors/sensor networks, cloud infrastructures, data management techniques, and data storage solutions. This enabled industries, environments, businesses to become more and more data-oriented systems that generate and consume huge amounts of data. As a result, the amount of information generated in the world increases by 30% every year [1]. With more data contributors (i.e., various data sources and documents), the need for collaboration emerged and data management applications now needed to incorporate data from various sources and provide a uniform data interaction interface to allow users the retrieval and thereafter exploitation of data from multiple sources. For the aforementioned reasons, data integration and fusion became an intriguing topic of interest in the scientific community [1,2]. In order to enable the various applications that users require (e.g., event detection, statistical analysis, forecasting), heterogeneous data had to be first integrated and then refined in order to avoid inconsistencies such as mismatches, anomalies, and duplicates.
Keywords: Data Integration, Data Fusion, Data Heterogeneity.
Mission - Main Activities:
Scientific Framework: Data integration needs to address two major challenges: (i) handling the heterogeneous data generated by differing sources in terms of schema, domain-specific constraints, varying representations; and (ii) handling data inconsistencies such as conflicts, incompleteness, duplications, and anomalies [1]. Therefore, the thesis focuses on contributions that improve the data integration stack from the schema level (e.g., schema mapping to semantically link heterogeneous data schemas), to data deduplication, and finally data fusion to handle data incompleteness and conflicts/mismatches in order to provide data consumer application with consolidated/integrated high-quality data from heterogeneous sources.
