This is an 18th-century alchemical medallion
The obverse shows a monogram of the alchemical symbols for Sulphur, Salt, and Mercury, crowned by the Sun (Philosophical Gold) and the motto “Trinum in Uno” (“Three in One”), referring to the perfect union of the three principles in the Philosopher’s Stone.
The reverse depicts Saturn/Kronos with his scythe, wooden leg, and wings, leading a bound, “fixed” Mercury. Above them shine the Sun and innoscriptions “Tandem”, “Per Me”, “Sine Me Nihil”, “Si Voluero”, forming an allegory of Mercury’s transformation in the Great Work. The innoscription around the edge refers to Mercury’s dual, unifying nature — the substance that joins Sun and Moon.

Portions of the Rig Veda were found written in cuneiform tablets in Syria & Egypt. These came from the Mitanni, a group from Iran who built a sizable militaristic-trade empire in the upper levant during the mid-late bronze age. Indra, in these texts, retains his position as King of the Vedic Gods. We can conclude that among the Iranians, Indra worship was prominent.
Zoroastrianism by contrast inverts the divine paradigm. Indra in the Gathas and other Yasnas is seen as an evil demon under Angra Mainyu. After the later Persian Empire subdued northern (vedic period) india, Indra was reduced to a minor god whos up to no good.
What we can conclude from these facts, is that Zoroastrianism & the axiality it spread was the equivalent of Pagan satanism; where the old gods are now evil demons & the old demons are now "the good gods." It would explain why they were bent on destroying ancestral faiths, because they worship evil as good, accusing us that which they are guilty like Saul Alinsky.
