Q: Why is the truth hidden?

A: The "Truth" isn't hidden per se. But some knowledge is hidden at times for a variety of reasons.

The reason for "Truth" being so elusive is because of the limits of language. Usually you see something and label it, another person has the same perception and can learn your "label" so you can communicate. I.e. we both "see" a "tree" and call it a "tree".

Forget about Higher Dimensions or the nature of God. Try and think of the problems that would arise when talking about "Meta-Cognition". People go on endlessly about observer/observed, subject/object, the "ground that grounds the ground", transcendental "I", Thought/Mind/Consciousness distinction. Etc. Etc.

Things start to sound like word salad. Because when you start to talk about "Subtle" things you literally have to invent words and/or make language bend over backwards to describe "Being-ness".

If there really is something that "PRECEDES" logic (or the structures of the mind) then you're not gonna be able to talk about it (with language).

Unless, you submit to "Poetry". That is the field where words "cease to have meanings" and instead become sign posts that "indicate" or point in a direction. The problem here is; what does a child who has never fallen in love really understand when they read love poems?

Through constant unyielding practice and consistent struggling with Philosophical Theory you gain enough experience and intuition to understand the Poetical.

FYI the alchemist Michael Maier recommended learning Poetry before studying alchemy because he believed it helped one to decode the "Green Language".

This is the only way. NPC normiemen can't understand the Esoteric. Not because it's hidden. But because, while I "CAN" give you keys and ownership of a car, I can't just hand you the skill and knowledge of how to drive it instantaneously as if the skill was an object in and of itself.

A poetic verse may strike your mind in just the right way and lead you to a realization. But show that same poem to some random on the street, and what do you think they'll say?
