If you are looking for a great 4th Way book on self observation this is fantastic. Red Hawk has a simple and beautiful writing style that allows for great understanding for entry level students. The practices will be difficult! (Take up your Cross) (Voluntary Suffering) Going to get the sequel Self Remembering. Then when I finally find a 4th Way group to join I'll know the difference between the two.
