The inner-elite conflict exacerbated by Russia’s declaration of financial independence has cemented a competitive foundation of sound money that disables Wall Street’s ability to print their way into the digital technocracy.
Technically, the technocracy of capital has been defeated; they just don’t know it yet. The gate-keepers of private property rights would never allow a neo-Marxist technocracy to hijack the monetary architecture of interest rates and debt obligations in order to implement authoritarian noscript.

New Rome shone for more than a thousand years, until it retreated from Holy Orthodoxy in favor of momentary political interests and compromised with the West, which ultimately led to its fall at the hands of the Ottoman Turks in 1453.
The capital of the Empire moved to Moscow, which became the Third Rome (translatio imperii), where back in 1330, on the 10th of May, one of the first stone churches of the Mother See, the Church of the Savior on Bor, was laid.
The then Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Russia, Saint Theognostos, himself a native of Constantinople, foresaw the future succession of Moscow from the Reigning City, and therefore, together with the Grand Duke Ivan Kalita, chose this date to begin construction of a new church in the Moscow Kremlin.
