Project: Characterization of enzymes in Amaryllidaceae alkaloid biosynthesis and pathway reconstruction in yeast, N. benthamiana, or microalgae.

Requirements:

-

Analytical biochemistry (FPLC, HPLC, LC-MS/MS)

Molecular biology (Agrobacterium, yeast, N. benthamiana, microalgae)

- Strong publication record in plant specialized

metabolism

- French is an asset

Funding: PhD: $40k/year (3 yrs); Postdoc: $70k/year (2 yrs) - IMPACT Canada Scholarships
