"Pyramid" is a modern complex that combines favorable living conditions: comfortable 2-room apartments, which can accommodate 4 people in each room, thus creating comfortable conditions for participants
The apartments are equipped with all necessary furniture, household appliances, providing the participants with not only convenience, but also the opportunity to store things and feel at home.
The city of Elabuga and a supermarket are close to the Pyramid complex, which simplifies the access of participants to the necessary products and allows them to comfortably organize meals during their stay.

Sports grounds, including basketball and football fields, as well as tennis courts, on the company territory; active participation in Bendy and other sports events allow employees to keep fit, strengthen team spirit and enjoy communication with colleagues.
Last weekend, Alabuga employees gathered in "Tri Medvedya" area to spend active time playing water polo. It was a great opportunity for employees to have a good weekend.

Meeting whith the Ambassador of the Republic of Angola
On September 1 the delegation of the Republic of Angola 🇦🇴 headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation Augusto da Silva Cunha visited the SEZ "Alabuga". A tour around the SEZ "Alabuga" and "Alabuga Polytech" was conducted. The advantages and conditions of the "Alabuga Start" program were discussed during the meeting. After that, the delegation of the Republic of Angola expressed interest in the "Alabuga Start" program and agreed on cooperation!🤝

Two winners of the "Alabuga Start" programme have finally arrived in Russia! ✈️☀️🇷🇺
Upon arrival at the airport in Russia, our winners were met by the responsible HR.
We are proud of the "Alabuga Start" programme participants from Uganda and believe in their potential and talent. They have the opportunity to share knowledge and experience with their Russian colleagues and maintain cultural ties between the two countries.
The "Alabuga Start" programme is another example of how international cooperation and exchange can promote innovation and strengthen friendly ties between nations.
They have a lot of work ahead of them and must try their best. We are sure that their efforts will bring great results and will be an inspiring example for others. 💪

Tax deduction for foreign citizens in the Russian Federation
As everyone knows, in every country citizens pay income tax.
📍In Russia, the income tax of foreign citizens is 30%.
📍After 183 days, you have the right to apply for confirmation of a tax resident in the Russian Federation.
📍When you become a tax resident of the Russian Federation, you will pay 13% tax.
As a bonus, you will be recalculated and the overpaid tax will be refunded to you. You will need to fill out a small form for the Russian Federal Tax Service.

1. You need to scan all pages of your passport. The scan of your passport must be in colour!
2. Next step, you scan school diploma with a trannoscript of your grades.
3. After that, we check your documents and if everything is fine, we ask you to provide us with the legalisation of the diploma.
For legalisation you need to:
📍apply to the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs for diploma and trannoscript certification
📍apply to the consular section of the Russian Embassy in your country for a legalization stamp on the diploma and trannoscript.
Then you need to scan legalised diploma and send to your responsible HR.
4. Medical paper
You need to get tested for: HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B, syphilis, tuberculosis.The results also you need to scan!

Alabuga Start participants will live in the historical city of Yelabuga, which has a thousand-year history. In their free time, the participants will be able to visit local places of interest. We have made a list of five places for you to visit in your free time:
1) Chertovo gorodishche
This place was the site of a large fortified settlement that was established several thousand years ago.
2) House-museum of I. I. Shishkin
It is the house where the artist lived with his family. The atmosphere of merchant life of the XIX century is created here.
3) Spasskij sobor
The cathedral is located in the historical part of Yelabuga, rising on the edge of the floodplain terrace, along which the Embankment Street runs.
4) Dzhamig Cathedral Mosque
The height of the minaret is 57 metres, 27 carpets are laid inside the mosque, which were woven by masters of Leninabad region of the Republic of Tajikistan. One of the main decorations of the mosque is a massive chandelier weighing 500 kilograms.
5) Literary Museum of M. I. Tsvetaeva
Here you will be told about the poetess' works, about her friendship with other contemporary poets and about significant events in her life. There are editions of Tsvetaeva's works, documents, autographs, letters and family photos as well.
Alabuga Start participants not only study and work, but also live in their own pleasure, meet like-minded people, socialise, and, the most important, have an opportunity to build their lives in Russia upon completion of the programme.
