Today let’s talk about nuances of the work at Alabuga SEZ 👩🏽🔧
We are the company that incorporates the best world practices. One of our values is “The better the result, the higher the reward”.
What does it mean?
We reward those, who work hard and try to get the best result 🦾
Every person within the company has a responsible approach to work. We do not tolerate lateness, slacking. For every miss without good reason/oversleep/ improper behavior in the workplace, the immediate supervisor will issue a Formal note against a person. After three such Notes in “Logistics”, “Services and hospitality” and “Catering” the person gets fired. In the field of "Production Operator", once you miss more than 4 working days for any reason, you will be fired. We have strict policies regarding work discipline.
You are arriving to WORK, our team works hard for you to join the programme, and we expect you to be serious about the job. It is going to be hard at first! Nevertheless, we are sure, that you can do it.
Follow HR’s and your future supervisor’s instructions, stick to the rules and a world-class reward is waiting for you.
