Paintball is the perfect arena to showcase leadership and teamwork. Participants from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, Gambia, Tunisia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and South Africa, along with the program's HR team, have accepted the challenge to compete in mixed teams. In this thrilling paintball challenge, the girls are tasked with devising the most effective tactics to capture the enemy's flag.
