New Representative Office of Alabuga Start in Madagascar

The Alabuga Start team recently visited Madagascar, where they signed a memorandum of cooperation. This agreement outlines the support that programme partners will provide to future participants in gathering and submitting all necessary documentation for their involvement.

During the visit, HR specialists from Alabuga presented the programme to prospective participants. Following the presentation, many attendees expressed their enthusiasm and chose to apply for the international programme immediately.

A representative of the Alabuga Start international programme in Cameroon undertook a working visit to Russia’s leading special economic zone, the Alabuga SEZ.

During the familiarization with the company's cutting-edge developments and innovative projects, the guest participated in Russian language lessons conducted by professional instructors for international programme participants. Moreover, at the Alabuga Polytech headquarters, a presentation showcasing successful career trajectories of Alabuga Start programme participants took place, allowing the guest to directly engage with the presenters and explore their professional journeys in depth.

"Let me tell you something - this Alabuga Start programme, it's addressing one of the biggest headaches we've got in Africa today. I'm talking about illegal immigration. Now, this programme not just good for Africa, it's a win-win all around. We often forget about our friends down in Latin America too. There are thousands of people from Colombia, Honduras, you name it, risking their lives crossing through Mexico with a bunch of crooks, all trying to get to the States. But Alabuga Start? It's offering a legitimate way to work, learn a trade, and send some money back home. I am sure, that's an excellent offer. That's why my organization, my team, and myself - along with some of my old friends from the political scene in Cameroon - we're all in on promoting this program back home," said our partner.

Alabuga Start is an international programme for young ambitious girls aged 18 to 22 years old, which allows them to move to Russia and build a successful career. Currently, there are 4 career tracks: catering (food service), service and hospitality, production operator, road transport shop (driver). All participants receive a ticket to Russia at the expense of Alabuga, corporate housing at a discounted price and a starting salary of $ 500.

For the first 6 months, participants work as Handymen, learn Russian and attend a driving school at the company's expense. Then the girls are promoted to drivers of category B and C. Then, the well-proven participants are promoted to leading specialists, with categories D and E also added to this position. After 1.5 years, the girls get a chance to take the position of chief specialist!
