Participants of the "Alabuga Start" programme visited the high-tech manufacturing and educational complex "Robopoddony" at Alabuga Polytech. Here robots produce pallets ("poddony" in Russian) 🤖

"Robopoddony" is the second level of training, aimed at improving the practical skills of future engineers. At Polytech, we provide the first level of knowledge of basic controllers programming, robots, electrical engineering, installation, and so on. The production is aimed at training the guys as engineers to pump up their job skills.

We faced with the fact that not all employers are willing to let 16-17 year olds in the factories for practice, so we decided to equip a production unit - a pilot plant. It outputs products, but its most important product is qualified personnel.

It's time to tell you about the trainings for which you can apply ✨ There are two types of them:
1️⃣ 4-year trainings with the possibility of salary and position advancement every year;
2️⃣ 2-year trainings with the possibility of salary and position advancement every 6 months.

The first field is Logistics.
Sorter → Forklift driver → Container truck driver → Gantry crane operator.

Participants start their journey as sorters in a logistic center with a salary of 40,000 rubles. During the 1st year, the participant must learn Russian at a good level.
Participants then take a test to verify their knowledge over the year, and are promoted to forklift driver with a salary of 45,000 rubles. After a year, they are promoted to container truck driver, and then to gantry crane operator.

Upon successful completion, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training.
2️⃣ certificates of proficiency in the Russian language (both basic and advanced).
3️⃣ driver's license of different classes.

Several interviews with the candidates for the "Alabuga Start" programme have been conducted, and some of them have already been added to the winners' group. Congrats! 🎉
Shortly they will be preparing to travel to Russia, and we are looking forward to meeting them here.

1. You have sent us your CV.

After you pass all the steps we contact you and set an interview date. You can go through the stages in any order. The main thing is that by the time you are invited to an interview, all the requirements have been met.

A new simulation is up and running ✨

We have launched a new simulation "Alabuga Start" ("AS") which is designed to be closer to your work within the programme and is supposed to replace "Business Cats" ("BC") for you 🐱
It's less time-consuming, less resource-intensive and less demanding of the user's device. In addition, many participants found it challenging to complete "BC".
Given all those arguments, the decision was made that everyone should complete the "AS" simulation.

It does not mean that the "Cats" results are no longer accepted. On the contrary, when choosing between
1. a candidate with passed "BC" and "AS"
and
2. the one with passed "AS" only,
the first will be a priority.

"AS" = 👍
"AS" + "BC" = 👍👍👍
Please note: the simulation "AS" is in Russian. Don't be afraid of that - some words are on the list of 100 words you learn to apply for the programme.

Register on the HR platform and take the new simulation.

The "Heavy Equipment Operator" training lasts 4 years, with the opportunity to get a raise in position and salary after each year. This is a chance to grow from a simple slinger to a tower crane operator.

Slinger → dump truck driver → crane operator → tower crane operator.

Participants begin their journey as slingers with a salary of 40,000 rubles. During the first year, the participant must learn the Russian language at a good level, and show interest in the profession.
Then participants are tested to check their knowledge over a year, and are promoted to a dump truck driver with a salary of 45,000 rubles. After a year, they are promoted to crane operator, and after another year to tower crane operator.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training.
2️⃣ certificate of proficiency in the Russian language.
3️⃣ driver's license of different classes.

The "Welding Engineering" training lasts 4 years, with the opportunity to get a promotion and a salary increase every year. This is a chance to grow from a general worker to a gas welder.

General worker → assistant welder → electric welder → gas welder.

Participants start as ordinary workers with a salary of 40,000 rubles. During the first year, the participant must learn the Russian language at a good level, and show interest in the profession. Then participants are tested to verify their knowledge gained over a year, and are promoted to an assistant welder with a salary of 45,000 rubles. A year later to electric welder, and then to gas welder.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training.
2️⃣ certificate of proficiency in the Russian language.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the participant receives:

2️⃣ certificate of Russian language proficiency
3️⃣ different types of driver's license.

Some of you will be working in the production of composite materials.
