How was the weekend of the participants of ‘Alabuga Start?’ ✨
🌉 The participants visited one of the most beautiful cities in Russia - Kazan.
The weather was sunny and the route included popular places of the capital of Tatarstan: the Kazan Kremlin, the Kremlin Embankment and cosy streets of the historical centre. Not only did the girls enjoy the architecture and atmosphere of the city, but also learnt more about the culture of the region.
Such trips unite, inspire and give bright emotions ☺️

Alabuga Start and Garden of Memory: programme participants became part of the international campaign
Alabuga Start programme participants and Alabuga Polytech students joined the Garden of Memory campaign, planting several thousand fir tree seedlings 🌲
The campaign was aimed at honouring the memory and expressing respect for those who led the allied states to victory in the Great Patriotic War. Each tree became a symbol of gratitude to the heroes.

The ladies prepared a dance routine, performing it in national costumes of their countries. The cherry on top of the concert programme from the participants of Alabuga Start was the song «Matushka Zemlya».

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the Russian Federation Mohamed Abukar Zubeyr visited the Special Economic Zone Alabuga.
During the working visit, representatives of the Embassy visited the headquarters of Alabuga Polytech, where they personally got acquainted with the living conditions of the participants of Alabuga Start programme. In addition, Mohamed Abukar Zubeyr became the guest of honor at one of the Russian language classes, personally communicating with the participants of the international programme. He recommended the girls to work hard, dive into the chosen professions and learn a new language.
