The "Welding Engineering" training lasts 4 years, with the opportunity to get a promotion and a salary increase every year. This is a chance to grow from a general worker to a gas welder.

General worker → assistant welder → electric welder → gas welder.

Participants start as ordinary workers with a salary of 40,000 rubles. During the first year, the participant must learn the Russian language at a good level, and show interest in the profession. Then participants are tested to verify their knowledge gained over a year, and are promoted to an assistant welder with a salary of 45,000 rubles. A year later to electric welder, and then to gas welder.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training.
2️⃣ certificate of proficiency in the Russian language.

The "Heavy Equipment Operator" training lasts 4 years, with the opportunity to be promoted and receive a salary increase after each year. Here you can become a gas welder, passing all stages from a general worker.

General worker → dump truck driver → bulldozer driver → excavator driver.

Participants start their journey as regular workers performing basic tasks with a salary of 40,000 rubles. During the first year, the participant must learn the Russian language at a good level, show interest in the profession, as in the previous areas.
Then participants are tested to prove the knowledge they have acquired over the passed period, and are promoted to dump truck driver with a salary of 45,000 rubles. A year later they get promoted to bulldozer driver, and then to excavator operator.

Upon successful completion of the programme, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training
2️⃣ certificate of Russian language proficiency
3️⃣ different types of driver's license.

Some of you will be working in the production of composite materials.
They are used everywhere: in automobile and aircraft construction, in consumer goods and sports equipment. In "Alabuga Start" you will find interesting technical specialty combined with a rich corporate culture that won't leave you indifferent 🔥🔥🔥

One of them prepared a little inspiring message to the newcomers. Don't be afraid of obstacles and difficulties. It is not easy on the way to greatness and independence, but these efforts are worth trying. Keep going and enjoy the process 💪

❗️While you are actively being interviewed, get your international passports ready. In you already have one, send scan of your passports to your responsible HR.
Keep in mind that you need to scan every page of your passport, even blank ones. Send your passport scan in PDF format, with all pages in one file. No finger prints should be in the document.

❗️In addition, please contact the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country to find out the cost of a work visa and what documents are required for it. Have the visa fee prepared to pay for your visa. Remember that visa invitation will be provided by us.

As you remember, there are 2 categories of programmes. Now we will go through the ones for 2 years with the option of a salary and position increase every 6 months.

The "Service and Hospitality" training is a 2-year programme with a 6-month cycle. The initial stage is janitor of public premises with the possibility to grow up to the administrator of a hotel or restaurant.

Janitor → maid → supervisor → administrator.

The "Alabuga Start" participant starts as a janitor with a salary of 40 000 rubles. During the first 6 months, the participant must learn the Russian language at a good level and demonstrate interest in the profession. Then participant's knowledge is tested and based on the results, she can be promoted to maid with a salary of 45 000 rubles. After 6 months they are promoted to supervisors, after another 6 months to administrator.

After successful completion, the participant receives:
1️⃣ certificate of professional training
2️⃣ certificate of Russian language proficiency.

Composite materials production 🏭

This is the flagship field of the "Alabuga Start" programme. Here you will gain the experience of real production of composite materials. During the programme, you will work on different sections of production:
- Gluing;
- Cutting;
- Drying chamber;
- Painting;
- Assembling;
- Quality control of items.
The work on composite production will not be easy at first (work schedule 2/2, wearing personal protection suits), but with due diligence it is possible to master the training in a few weeks.

Additionally, you get experience in high-tech production with advanced conditions:
- Salary: from 60,000 rubles before taxes 💸;
- Ticket to Russia;
- Preferential accommodation;
- Transfer from the place of residence to work;
- Personal protective equipment (because it is production);
- Russian language courses;
- Certificate of professional training.

The "Catering" field will last 2 years. You start out as a kitchen worker with the chance to become a high-class chef in a short period of time.

Kitchen worker → waiter → barista → chef

Here, as before, the salary at the initial stage is 40 000 rubles. During the first 6 months the participant learns Russian very hard, as she will be working with people directly. After a successful knowledge check over the passed 6 months the participant becomes a waitress with a salary of 45 000 rubles. In half a year she will be promoted to barista, and later to chef.

After successful completion of the program, the participant receives:
1️⃣ a certificate of professional training
2️⃣ a certificate of Russian language proficiency.

Our employees work based on the KPI system - Key Performance Indicator, which is a type of performance measurement. KPIs evaluate the success of a particular person in terms of performing their work. One of our core values sounds as follows: "Everyone receives according to their results".

This is why salaries for employees consist of a fixed sum and a bonus part. Salary of the "Alabuga Start" programme participants amounts to
1️⃣ 40% (25 000 rubles at stage 1) of a fixed part and
2️⃣ 60% (35 000 rubles at stage 1) as a bonus part, which depends on accomplishment of tasks set within a month.
All together is 100% (60 000 rubles).
This allows employees to influence their own salary and get well paid 💵

* do not forget: in accordance with Russian law, all foreigners for the first 6 months must pay tax of 30% of the amount received. From the 7th month their tax is reduced to 13%, as all Russian citizens pay.
