Participants of the programme: girls from Africa, Latin America, Russia and the CIS countries, set off together on a journey across Tatarstan to explore the region’s culture and get to know each other better.
📍 They visited Innopolis — a city of the future driven by innovation and high technology – and Sviyazhsk, a unique island-town and an open-air museum preserving the spirit of Russian history and architecture.
🌿 From walking through nature reserves to diving into cultural heritage and being inspired by the ideas of Innopolis — this trip was truly a journey of contrasts.
Moments like these — when we explore together and learn together — are what makes Alabuga Start so much more than just a job programme.

Learning the language helps the girls to adapt faster, understand the people around them, and feel more confident — both at work and in daily life. It also opens the door to new opportunities, communication, and cultural exchange🌎
Classes take place in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, with a focus on practice and real-life conversation, because it’s not just about grammar — it’s about feeling the language.
