An important event took place in Alabuga recently - participants of the Start Programme from Africa and Latin America received certificates of successful completion of Russian language courses.
Not so long ago, they were just starting their journey in Russia, taking their first steps in an unfamiliar language environment. Today, they are already communicating fluently in Russian in everyday life and at work.

📚 The courses were aimed not only at grammar and vocabulary, but also at adapting to life in a new country. Lessons, practice, teacher support were all part of their journey.

We are proud of their achievements and believe that their language skills will become a reliable support in their career and life in Russia.

In July, over 40 young women joined the programme from eight different countries: the Central African Republic, Benin, Chad, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Botswana, Algeria, and Zimbabwe.
For many of them, it’s their first time travelling abroad and living in a new country. They’ve already completed the adaptation process, started exploring Russian culture, learning the language, settling in, and taking their first steps toward a new career with Alabuga Start.
✨ Ahead of them lies on-job training, growth, work, and countless new opportunities.
We’re proud of how quickly and bravely they’re integrating into life here in Alabuga.
And we can’t wait to welcome even more participants in the upcoming months!
