This August, we welcomed 60 incredible young women from eight countries — including Panama, Myanmar, Ghana, Senegal, Madagascar, and Ethiopia — to Alabuga Start programme!
Some of them are true pioneers, becoming the first participants from their countries to join the programme.
🚀 With on-job training, personal growth, and endless possibilities ahead, we’re inspired by their courage, energy, and determination as they begin a new chapter here in Alabuga.
And this is just the beginning — even more talented participants will be arriving soon, and we can’t wait to share their stories!
