I’ve been a little quiet…
Not because life was empty but because it was overflowing. Life has been earthy, tender, and full.
Kittens arriving. A puppy discovering the world. Birds growing braver.
A broody hen guarding new life.
Between newborn paws and wings, and my first olive harvest. I felt the old rhythms rise again.
My first time making my own olive oil, a reminder that everything ripens in its own time.
This season taught me something: Growth doesn’t make noise. The sacred work doesn’t rush.
It unfolds slowly, in silence, in the almost-invisible. Nothing beautiful blooms by force but in its own timing.
So if you’ve been in your own quiet season, withdrawn, softer, slower,
trust it.
Not all blooming is meant to be seen. Some is meant to be lived.
You are becoming something you’re not meant to rush.
And when your harvest arrives, it will feel like remembering yourself.

It is sometimes quite ironic that those who are always strong enough to catch others when they fall, often feel very alone and suffer in silence when things seem particularly hard for them. It's often the people who are usually willing to listen to everyone who, as soon as they seem less strong than usual, not many seem to care.
