Ron Rummel (author of Alien Digest) was friends with Phil Schneider. When Rummel shot himself in 1993 (in what many thought was a staged suicide), Phil started talking about his government experience with aliens. Phil was found dead in his apartment in 1996 from signs of strangulation. He’d warned folks that his life was in danger.

This is issue #4 of 7 from Ron Rummel

Rummel's magazine talked about sensitive issues such as alien abductions, human/alien breeding programs and a predator/prey aspect of the alien/human relationship. The use of humans as food and recyclable body parts was something (if true as an accidental consequence of an alleged ET/US agreement) got him axed for disclosing.

Like animals on Earth it would make logical sense that some ET are better to work with than others. We can only hope & pray that most ET have more decency than humanity does as a species. Otherwise humanity is ‘cooked’.
