Add Header Image on QS Panel


Changelogs:
- This is my first time implement Android 13T .method into Android 12L
- Added more drawables ( webp format ) to make it more gore and yes, to make ur device hot too :D

Notes:

- For OnTuning .method on QuickStatusBarHeader.smali
you must pay attentions, cause some roms has the method already and u need to recode to make it fit on your original roms. But if on your roms hasnt there yet, u can just put the .methods freely

Tested and working fine on:

- Derpfest Shinju | 12L
- Awaken Stellar | 12L

Add QS Transparency
