A jury “of one’s peers” shouldn’t include a single member of a different race. Tbh in Daniel Penny’s case it shouldn’t include women either.

In the current political environment (constructed by this System, not us), I struggle to see a way in which any unbiased jury trial is even possible outside of a completely homogeneous community (which is another thing being systematically destroyed on purpose).
