All of them are connected to vaccine law in the United States.
The son of Yeriel Even-Pinah (a.k.a. Gene Tuttle), Kevin, works closely with Erin Malone in Florida. They both "protest" vaccines in the freedom health movement.
Dorit Rubinsten Reiss moved from Israel to the United States. She specialized in telecommunications law before her assignment changed to help craft model laws to remove vaccine exemptions, specifically in California. This is who Kevin Even-Pinah attacked to get his two seconds of fame.
Lastly, David Shabtai is a Rabbi in Florida. He is the brainchild behind several state laws that State Senator Lauren Book attempted to ram through.
Both Kevin and Erin tried to spark national protests around some of these laws using their shell charity organisations.
To put this in perspective, both Kevin Tuttle and Erin Olszewski specialize in psychological operations.
