BREAKING: Texas Governor Greg Abbott has issued an executive order authorizing Texas DPS & TX National Guard to apprehend illegal immigrants and return them to the border. In the executive order, Governor Abbott references Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees states federal protection from invasion, but Abbott does not declare an invasion at the southern border.
