I went through this with Texas A&M. I was so hurt by all of the evil that has been done through my school. God told me to go to the bonfire memorial. I went for the first time and all 12 Angels had their own column with special things about them. It was in that moment that I fell in love again with my school. There’s so many of us that have changed the world for good. There’s more of us than them. Those Angels made huge impacts on so many peoples lives. They were amazing people.

I’m a mother of two boys. I remember when this happened thinking to myself why the heck did that woman take her baby to a war zone with guns. What kind of mother does that to their child? Children need GUIDANCE and that’s exactly what has gone wrong in our country. Mothers stopped caring about the well being of their children. They started caring about dating websites and themselves. They started caring about being desperate housewives. They stopped MOTHERING. What would have happened is Mary didn’t protect Jesus? He would’ve been killed before he could touch the world. He was a CHILD FIRST and he was left in Mary’s hands. God trusted her with his ONLY SON. God trust all of us as parents.

This isn’t a mom attack this is a PARENT ATTACK. Stop letting your kids have their significant others spend the night. Stop letting them be behind closed doors. Stop letting them do whatever they want just because it’s easier. I’m guilty as well and I’ve had to learn the hard way.

God’s most preschools gifts are the children and we’ve done a poor job at protecting all of them.

You’re right. We need God as our leader. People in the Bible went astray when they asked for a King to lead them while not seeking God’s leadership.

God chose you to lead and show the way to GOD THE FATHER. How many of you actually do a devotional with your wife everyday? How many of you spend quality time with your kids, not the boys? How many of you spend your weekends getting drunk with friends instead of being with your kids?

Your family comes FIRST. Not your job or anything else. Your family. It’s up to you to raise good MEN if you have sons. You can’t raise good men if you’re not showing that example. Do you show your children how they should be loved? Do you show your sons how women should be treated or your daughters how they should be treated?

It all starts with YOU. If you don’t lead the way, the whole train falls apart. You’re the conductor. You determine the success of your family and every generation after that.

You never get that time back with your kids. Raising children is not up to the mom. It’s a team effort. There’s no I or U in TEAM.
