Nach der Einnahme dauert es im Schnitt 2 bis 5 Minuten bis der Tiefschlaf einsetzt. Nach weiteren 5-20 Minuten tritt der Tod durch Atemstillstand und Herz-Kreislauf-Versagen ein.
