A Fair Value Gap (FVG) is a price gap that forms when the market moves quickly, leaving no balanced exchange between buyers and sellers. The chart shows this as an area where candlesticks almost "jump over" each other.
📈 Why is this important? The market strives for balance. Therefore, such zones often attract the price back. Major players use FVG to gain liquidity and continue following the trend. And here's how to use FVG in trading:
1. Find the gap between the bodies and tails of neighboring candlesticks - this is the Fair Value Gap zone, along which we will enter the position
2. Wait for the price to be refunded to this area. And most importantly, take your time.
3. Then open a trade 🟢UP or DOWN 🔴towards the main trend after confirming the rebound from the Fair Value Gap area!
👉 In simple words: FVG shows the places where the market likes to "return" to close debts. Master this technique and you will see how accurate all your inputs will be.
