And given it appears Cuban intelligence was at least working with the elements of the CIA wielding the Havana Weapon, getting those Cuban intelligence officers under our thumb could unravel a lot about who the enemy is, exactly.

Allegations Maduro was found by unleashing 24/satellite coverage, including IR satellites which can see through clouds, on Venezuela, linking it up with AI and setting it to look for specific patterns of movement of heat signatures which were known to be common to Maduro. They claim it was a test which proved even if you take off into the woods without any technology, surface tracking which is everywhere, combined with AI can probably find you.
