Energy prices have been increasing for the past two decades due to government policy such as the Renewable Energy Target and the prohibition on nuclear power.
FIAT currencies have been slowly devalued over several decades due to the policies of government and their central banks.
Lockdowns have caused significant supply chain disruption, an overall poorer health outcome, loss of livelihoods, decline in mental health and quality of life.
Governments are a destructive entity. We need a freer marketplace and for these politicians to step out of the way so we can rebuild our prosperity. It's that simple, but difficult to achieve.

Nick Patterson is a staunch defender of liberty and one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. This video displays the brutal behaviour of Victoria Police.
We deserve a police force that upholds our rights and can be trusted. Before that can be restored we need those responsible held to account just like any other citizen would be for criminal actions and assault.
It is a difficult task. We may never see it come to fruition, but we will never forget. Corrupt Chief Commissioner Shane Patton must resign and face prosecution.

For the past two decades energy costs have increased and become less reliable due to pseudo-environmental government policies such as the Renewable Energy Target, prohibition on nuclear power and the shutting down of coal power stations. The government will blame everyone and everything but their own policies for rising costs.
We happily ship coal to China but limit our own use of this resource. Nuclear power is a safe and reliable alternative that is a common ground that satisfies many regardless of their views on climate change.
The fact is without cheap and reliable electricity we can’t have prosperity and high standards of living. It is the lifeblood of a prosperous economy.
Instead, the government have been spending tens of billions of dollars of taxpayer money on corporate welfare subsidising wasteful, environmentally damaging, and inefficient technology such as solar and wind. The government needs to back out of the energy sector, end corporate welfare and deregulate so we can have a freer energy market.
I am not a huge Michael Moore fan but he does have a great documentary on the “renewable energy” sector called Planet of the Humans.

Michael Moore presents a film by Jeff Gibbs, Planet of the Humans, a documentary that dares to say what no one else will — that we are losing the battle to stop climate change on planet earth because we are following leaders who have taken us down the wrong…
Healthcare and the overall wellbeing of individuals is far too important to be left in the hands of government.
I think that's pretty obvious right now. There must be a better way of doing things. Every election they promise more funding for the healthcare sector and subsequently increase funding but the same problems keep persisting. Despite paying taxes to fund the system, you may not even be able to receive the services you have worked hard to pay for.
When the government "provides" it historically leads to rationing and shortages.
My view is we need to deregulate the private healthcare sector to bring costs down and increase competition, drive innovation and also have more transparency in the cost of services/procedures much like walking into a supermarket.
What do you think could be done to improve the healthcare sector to make it more affordable and accessible?

The Stairman now believes your medical records are a personal matter and should remain private.
I mean, I agree, but... a bit too late, bro.

The government, as usual, should just back off. The central planners have caused more than enough harm already and people are sick and tired of being told how to run their businesses and lives.

Best political ad ever.
I believe it's important to not let political views define your character, there is more to being human and living life than obsessing on such things.
Be staunch in your values and kind with those who disagree, the way we interact and treat people beyond our differences is a far more important character trait and beneficial to overall wellbeing.

This is hilarious 😅
It's nice to see more of those in the media question the lockdowns in hindsight. It's a shame they weren't called into question from the beginning, those of us who opposed them were often vilified. They were always a disproportionate response and an abuse of human rights.
Hopefully one day we see some kind of justice.
I'll be on my own defending a COVID fine this Friday 9.30am at the Melbourne Magistrates Court in a contest hearing. Should be interesting but I really can't be bothered😅

An unexpectedly pleasant short time in court today. I received an email from the police prosecutor last night offering to drop the fines with terms of good behaviour for 12 months. These were fines relating to protests on October 31, 2020 and the infamous Cup Day kettling session.
In the court room the judge was quite a reasonable and nice guy who offered terms of good behaviour up until only November 3rd this year and no financial penalty.
I am pretty happy with that as I don't want to waste time going through the court process and potentially have a worse outcome. I have better things to do and not paying a cent was one of my main goals.
Last week I did email a letter detailing my legal defence which in my view was pretty solid. It is very interesting that the incitement charges are being dropped and these fines are being thrown out or dealt with with a very light touch.
