Samsung has two hidden netpolicies namely POLICY_ALLOW_METERED_IN_ROAMING and POLICY_ALLOW_WHITELIST_IN_ROAMING. Currently I don’t know they mean. I would be grateful if somebody shared a framework.jar from Samsung One UI, preferably Android 10 or 11. Framework.jar is located at /system/framework/framework.jar and you can extract it without root using either a file manager or via a terminal emulator.
