AppDetails Fix legacy permission and app op issues

- Display grant/revoke toggle switch for development permissions
- Display grant/revoke toggle switch for permissions with app ops. If the
permission itself is read-only, check the associated app op only
- Re-enable permission switches for Android Lollipop (only the development
permissions and the permissions with app ops)
- Display permission status (granted/revoked) in the app ops tab if the app op
has any associated permissions

Known issue: In older devices, when a permission is granted/revoked, the toggle
switch may not toggle correctly. The workaround is to refresh the permissions.

AppDetails Display library details in Shared Libs tab

Following data are displayed in the Shared Libs tab:
1. Native libraries (ELF/.so files)
i. Size of the library
ii. 32/64-bit data
iii. Endianness (big/little)
iv. Shared library or executable (although .so files should be shared
libraries, due to W^X issues, they can also be executables in Android)
v. Instruction set (usually x86, x86_64, ARM, AArch64)
vi. Relative path within the APK file
2. Java libraries (.jar files)
i. Size of the library
ii. Absolute path of the library
iii. Open icon (works in any mode)
