Refactor Improve log viewer page 1/2

- Migrated business logic to a ViewModel
- Removed deprecated AsyncTask
- Fixed displaying “Stop recording” button while recording logs
- Updated buffers immediately after they are changed in settings
- Handled buffer beginnings in the logs
- Ensured modification made in the adapter items are properly locked
