Installer Change how splits are selected

- Improved auto-selection of the splits related to a feature or base.apk
- Let user select splits as it used to be, but deselecting a certain type of
split is only allowed if the user has already selected a split of the same
type in order to avoid possible misconfiguration
- Unsupported splits are labelled as unsupported and cannot be checked
- Required splits cannot be unchecked.
