IO Improve cache management 2/2
A service is run every day at 5 AM (est.) to clear the cache of App Manager. It
deletes:
1. Files that weren't accessed in the last 3 days
2. Images that weren't accessed in the last 7 days.

- Opening count
- Screen time
- Last usage time (AKA last launch time).
New filtering options:
- Apps using Android KeyStore
- Apps using SAF (Storage Access Framework)
- Apps with SSAID.
