Main Replace most of the filter implementation with Finder-based filters

The underlying filtering mechanism used in the "List options" is altered to use
the Finder-based filtering instead of the regular cache-based filtering. This is
beneficial for many reasons, such as it allows semi-realtime update compared to
mostly cache-based update.

Currently, there are two exceptions due to non-existent alternative in Finder:
1. Storage access framework (SAF)
2. APK with splits.

AppDetails Allow managing some permissions in no-root mode

- In the "Uses permissions" tab, for some permissions, there is a "setting" icon
which can used to easily grant or revoke a permission.
- In the "App Info" tab, battery optimization and net policy settings are
enabled in no-root mode, and the user is redirected to the
corresponding settings page when clicked.

However, on some devices, a few of these settings pages may be unavailable, and
an error will be shown instead.
