refactor: improve accessibility in various pages and dialogs

- Interceptor: added content denoscriptions for various buttons
- Files: added content denoscription for the floating button, three-dots menu in
list items, path edit button, action buttons in file properties dialog. Also,
for screen readers, clicking "Generate" in the checksum dialog automatically
switches focus to the field containing the generated checksum
- Running apps: added content denoscription for the three-dots menu in list items
- Multi-selection panel: add content denoscription for the cancel button.
