🔆 متاسفانه تعداد بورسیه‌های تحصیلی کامل برای مقطع کارشناسی در آمریکا بسیار بسیار محدود می‌باشد. حتی تعداد بورسیه‌های تقریبا کامل نیز محدود است.
نه اینکه وجود ندارند، بلکه بشدت تعدادشان محدود می‌باشد. در نتیجه مسلما برنده شدن در این بورسیه‌های تحصیلی نیز بسیار دشوار خواهد بود.
در صورتی که دوره‌ی دبیرستان را در بالاترین سطح ممکن طی کرده‌اید و یا در مسابقات کشوری و یا بین المللی در سطح دانش آموزی مقامی کسب کرده‌اید (مانند المپیادهای دانش‌آموزی)، و همچنین مدرک زبان انگلیسی خود را با نمره‌ای عالی دریافت نموده‌اید، می‌توانید به این بورسیه‌های تحصیلی کامل و یا تقریبا کامل امیدوار باشید.
البته رویکرد دانشگاه‌ها برای اعطای این بورسیه‌های تحصیلی می‌تواند متفاوت باشد، و این گونه نیست که صرفا رزومه‌ی متقاضی مد نظر باشد. بلکه عوامل دیگر مانند سیاست دانشگاه در جذب دانشجویان بین المللی متنوع و از کشورهایی که احتمالا از آنجا قبلا دانشجوی کارشناسی جذب نکرده‌اند نیز می‌تواند موثر باشد.
