I have open postdoc positions to work on a NIGMS-funded project to develop computational models of 3D genome organization. We are particularly interested in developing new machine learning methods for this genomic sequence-to-structure problem. We welcome researchers excited by interdisciplinary science, including the many opportunities for collaboration with colleagues taking experimental and computational approaches to genome biology. Our group is part of the Quantitative and Computational Biology Department at the University of Southern California (USC), which hosts an incredible range of computational biology research all on one floor.
